The hotel is positioned on a narrow, hilly street, which somehow they consider charming, but seriously! I faced the worst communication, with staff saying 'call the director'-as if that ever helped. A complimentary drink would definitely been a nice touch after all that chaos. I almost wanted to give a good review, but just couldn't.

We appreciated this small hotel, no complaints. The location was great as it was close to eateries and restaurants. There was a great restaurant at a medium distance from the property.
Hard to think of anything.

Breakfast was above average, greatly enjoyed the position.
A refrigerator, climate control, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels were available in our double room. The view over the valley from the window was epic...

The super nice team, and the breakfast was fantastic-with fresh cakes daily. Fiesole has fine views of Florence, but access to parking was a little tricky.

Friendly staff,comfortable accommodation,free internet.
Access to hotel is through a steep narrow hill, very difficult to manouver if you have a biggish car.The advertised private parking was full(?) and it was even difficult to stop by the hotel to drop luggage because of other cars wanting to pass this very narrow street - I should say lane. Impossible to park near hotel but free parking was available about 10 minutes walk away.

The staff were very helpful with directions to Florence and any other questions I had.
Their Wi-Fi is signal is in the lobby and is very week. I had to sit in a certain location. Not a big deal, but it could be better...

Fairly clean place with lovely view across the Tuscany hills to the north. Extra care from the courteous staff. A huge variety of very pleasant food. Conveniently located close to town centre.

I loved my spacious Superior Double or Twin Room, with beautifully restored old furniture that added a unique character to my stay. The breakfast was a highlight, offering fresh home-baked goods on a lovely terrace with fine views. The hotel's olive grove provided a perfect spot for relaxation amidst nature.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was very clean. The location was quiet and an easy walk to the bus stop where you could catch the loccal bus into the city of Florence very easily. The village of Fiosole is lovely with some nice restaurants and walks with gorgeous views of Florence.
The beds were not comfortable. Our room had a little balcony and a good size.

Good views over Florence, historical villa charm, easy bus access to Florence
Access to parking is treacherous due to a narrow lane with blind spots!!! Make sure to clarify room photos before arriving as you might not get what you expect!!! Bathroom cleanliness could certainly use a boost!!!

The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of beautiful Fiesole. Just a 5 min walk away, there is hill from which you can see entire Florence. The room was clean, and had a window that opened to hills of small Tuscan town.
